Last Winter will surely be a name that will be sure to stick in your head just like their infectious songs. This Orlando group plays alternative rock that could and will easily be on your local radio stations soon.

The opening track is just a feedback song that is to set the tone for the atmosphere of the album. When the opening riff of the second song "Chasing Lights" hits, you know you're in for a treat. The singers' voice is very unique. It's not as redundant is you hear in most alternative bands these days. It's refreshing. Their lead single "Standing Here" is also a song they have a video for. Pretty much the whole album's tone is about relationships which isn't a bad thing. Anyone who has ever lost someone can relate to the song "Standing Here". The quality of the CD, the layout and the talent of this band is outstanding. If you didn't know it, you would be hard to believe that this band wasn't signed yet.

Verdict -
Last Winter's songs are hard but yet soft. Anyone of any age can rock out to this CD. If you want a CD that will stick in your head for days on end, get this CD. Watch out as they will be hitting more mainstream appeal soon. They will be on MTV's Super Sweet Sixteen in May 07. Their newer songs are just as catchy as their older songs, they're not slowing down anytime soon.
