Sounds like: Metal
Disillusion Effect recently released this track as their first single from their upcoming "Achluophobic" release. Let's dig in and see what they're all about. The track starts off with with a hard dirty riff while then adding in even more brutality with the harsh vocals and eventual speeding up the pace. The more traditional Metalcore shines through here as it swings and sways with breakdowns, and melodic riffs galore. The influences on the track vary from Zao and Shadows Fall to older In Flames. The one thing the track does is that it keeps moving along at a frantic clip even later on. The guitar solo later in the track keeps up with the high pace perfectly. Overall, the track is over six minutes of pure Metal bliss.
Verdict:
The new single from Disillusion Effect unleashes a sonic assault on the senses.
