Sounds like: Metal

Montreal Metal band Signals Over Skies have released a total of four rough demos in the past few months, so let's dive in and see what they're all about. The first track they released "Thanatos" right away bares its teeth. The early breakdown is sure to induce some moshing. The blast beat type drumming along with the near Death Metal vocals make it a Metalheads dream track. The guitar solo later in the track is a nice addition and adds a touch of melody to close things out. "Icarus" starts off with a more Technical style of Metal akin to Between The Buried And Me. The track then blasts full speed ahead with guttery breakdowns even a melodic section that simply soars for a Metal track. The melody on the track brings to mind Misery Signals in its delivery. The track contains a ton of different styles in its five minute length. The next track "Neptune" has more of a modern Metalcore feel to it. The track shines bright with tons of breakdowns, a melodic section that Candiria would be proud of and pure heaviness that is rarely heard nowadays. The most recent track that they released was "Hades" and that track is a beast. The track pulverizes the listener with the most polished track yet in terms of diversity. The exceptional guitar riffs on the track are in the forefront early and often. Of course it wouldn't be a Signals Over Skies track without some earth shattering breakdowns and boy does this track have them. The shocking thing is that these four tracks are only demo tracks. We can't wait to hear more and if you're a fan of Metal, nether should you.

Verdict:
Signals Over Skies showcase their remarkable form of Metal with their four demo tracks.
