1. What's new with the band?
Shattered has been doing a lot of writing recently and getting ready for some big shows coming up.
2. What can you tell us about the new music?
Yes, the new music is way more heavy than our previous work. I can say everything is coming out dark and the hooks will draw you in. Like it or not. LOL
3. Do you have any pre-show rituals? If so, what are they?
I can't say we have any pre-show rituals except being nervous no matter what stage we play on till we get into the first song the jitters get pretty bad.
4. What's one highlight in the past year for the band?
I would have to say adding Jay Wells as Lead Guitarist was the biggest highlight for me. Jay really brings it and he really is what we needed to make step up to the next level.
5. What's one thing you'd change about the local music scene?
There is a lot I would change but I'm not going to throw any stones. We just do our thing as a band and support who supports us.
6. What are you currently listening to?
I'm listening a lot to Knocked Loose recently. A lot of talent there for sure.
7. What do you think about streaming services and how they pay out royalties to artists?
I think it's another way for an artist to profit and get their music out there.
8. What do you wish to accomplish in the next year?
Would love to finish our new album and go on tour next year.
