1. How did you get started with music and how did you develop your sound? How did the name "A Heroes Mission" come about and is there any meaning to it?

The first three members of “A Heroes Mission” developed the band in 2020 & the sound was yet to be discovered until finally finding its true members in 2023. The name “A Heroes Mission” started with wondering what our purpose was in life. Like all heroes & legends, once you find your purpose you will stop at nothing trying to pursue it. It’s about finding meaning in your life & making a difference for the greater good. We believe that anyone could be a hero if their intentions are good & true.

2. What do you want people to take away from your music?

We want people to grasp self healing from our music. A beacon of hope & inspiration to chase after your dreams.

3. How would you describe your sound to the average listener?

Our music contains a little bit of everything. Mainly consisting of rock, there are hints of mystical & spiritual sounds as well as a nu metal aspects. We also tune our music to 432hz which is a healing frequency.

4. Who are three bands you’d like to tour with?

Three bands we’d like to tour with are Slipknot, Trivium & Metallica.

5. What's your thoughts on AI generated music?

We feel like AI generated music takes away from creativity & it waters down the uniqueness. It may come out sounding good but there would be no authenticity. In hindsight, it may take royalties from the artist & the artist’s value will go down. The artist may not be appreciated as much either.

6. What’s your take on the current state of Rock?

We feel like Rock has gone a little too bland, repetitive, pop-y & mainstream. We can’t wait to bring timeless rock music to the forefront of the shore with a heavier approach.

7. What’s the current music scene like there in California?

The local music scene in California is a work in progress & we are finding that there are plenty of communities that are looking for new music. We noticed after Co-Vid, there was a dire need of people wanting something new & that’s when the music scene became popular again. People are constantly hosting shows, open mics & festivals to bring the community together.

8. What’s your take on the royalties that streaming services pay out to artists?

Streaming, while it doesn't generate the same revenue as CD sales & radio play, it's a vital role in today's music industry. If our music can be heard by more people through streaming services, we are more than happy with the royalties.

9. What’s next for A Heroes Mission?

We are currently working on our second album while still promoting our first. We are going to be shooting a music video soon & will continue to do live performances in the meantime. After that, we’ll be focusing on taking the world by storm.

10. Any shoutouts?

We’d like to give a shoutout to Joe from Pus Cavern for helping make our music sound amazing. We would like to shoutout K3nAdams for making our dope logos. We’d also like to shoutout our photographer, Renie Bartman for taking such wicked photos of us. Shoutout to Aunt Vicki for helping us with our merch. Plus, we can’t forget about our beloved friends & family. Finally, we’d like to shoutout our fans. Thank you all for your love & continued support!
