Pinky’s Brains is a 3 piece punk band from Charleston WV. Formed in 2021, by Justin Scalia (guitar and vocals) Nick McGrew (Bass) and Mike Wasylyk (drums) hit the ground running writing high energy Punk music that takes you back to the sounds of 80s punk mixed with early 2000s emo. Pinky’s Brains released their first album in 2022 called Up From The Ashes. In The Fall of 2022 Mike left the band for personal reasons. After recruiting Allison Saunders (drums) Pinky’s Brains hit the studio to record their second album called Takes Over The World. It was released in May of 2024.
